You see it, you like it, you want it - but how do you get it?
Here’s the lowdown on all things logistical. 

How much is shipping?

Australia
Standard trackable shipping is FREE for all orders $30+
For orders under $30, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5 AUD.
Express post is also available at checkout if you just can't wait!

International
Orders are sent via International Standard post and charged at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Which international countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide - oh how exotic - with some exclusions. Click through to checkout for a full list of countries we can ship to.

When will my parcel arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipped with good old Australia Post.
Aussie standard orders will typically arrive in 2-7 business days and express in 1-4 days. 
International orders could take anywhere from 6-10 business days to arrive. This excludes time in customs if applicable and also any other delays due to causes outside of our control.

How do I track my order?

The second we’ve posted your order we’ll shoot you a dispatch email, complete with tracking number and courier info. Then you’ll be able to refresh that tracking link until your heart’s content - you eager beaver, you. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, send an email to hello@ceubeauty.com with your order details as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to amend your order. Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel an order once confirmed, due to our wiz-bang, super-speedy automated system. See our returns policy here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’re pleased to offer Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express at checkout. 

What is Afterpay?

We’re glad you asked! Afterpay is a buy now, pay later payment service, helping you get your mitts on Céu Beauty products even sooner. 

• Afterpay can be used as a form of payment on all orders made in Australia.
• Afterpay will allow you to conveniently pay for your order over four equal payment instalments, due every fortnight.
• Your Afterpay order ships immediately - no need to wait for your instalments to be paid in full. Now that’s better than a dull (and super inconvenient) layby!

Changed your mind?
We get it, 3am scrolling gets the better of us too sometimes.
That’s why we have an easy breezy returns process. 

Can I get a refund?

All items are eligible for a refund provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase.
The product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging you received it in. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene concerns, and do not offer exchanges online.

What next?

Who covers the returns shipping fee?

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service when posting items back to us. Céu Beauty will not be responsible for returns parcels lost or damaged in transit.

My order arrived damaged!

Oh no! We want your Céu Beauty order to arrive in tip top condition. If any of your items are delivered in anything less than perfect, please contact us here so we can sort it.

Where are Céu Beauty products made?

Our products are made and manufactured in Australia (famous for kangaroos and very good factories) and are delivered from our Melbourne HQ straight to your door. 

Are your products tested on animals?

No way, Jose! We love our furry friends! We test solely on willing skincare lovers and are certified as cruelty-free by PETA’s Global Beauty Without Bunnies program.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Alas, no. We’re proud to use both beeswax and natural lanolin as star ingredients in our products.
Beeswax works as a brilliant humectant to draw plenty of moisture to your lips, while Lanolin works as an occlusive to ensure all that hydration stays put. Like Batman and Robin, Mary Kate and Ashley, or Avo and Toast - these two ingredients are better together. 

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

Our ingredients are all natural and sourced both locally and internationally, ensuring we can create the best possible product. Your skin will love you for it! Check our product pages for specific ingredient details. 

When will my products expire?

Store your Céu Beauty products in a cool, dry place under 30 degrees and they’ll last for 12 months after opening. After this, replace me and feel good all over again. 

Help! My Real Good Lip Balm consistency has changed to be more of a liquid. Any tips?

As with most natural products, Real Good can occasionally separate with temperature changes. The beeswax in Real Good is used to bind the natural oils so gently massaging the tube should bring the balm back to life. Otherwise if possible, try storing the tube upside down. Reach out to us for any other questions!

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin or lips?

Absolutely! All of our ingredients are safe to use on sensitive skin and lips.
Our natural products are also made without any bad stuff - so say bye to skin-irritating parabens, PEGs and phthalates.

Can I use Céu Beauty products while pregnant?

Sure can! We have had great feedback from current and future mums who have used our products both during their pregnancy and after birth. 
If unsure, we always recommend consulting your GP as they’re usually pretty clever.
